The Press Brake Punch &Die from DDM
We finished many die & punch production for our new & regular customer . Most of customer just provide a die or punch photo ,then they think we can know which type of die they want . It is totally wrong direction . To make a brand new die& punch for you ,if it is not for our press brake , we need know many details such as your mateiral thickness , material type , measure detailed size for each part and ect . If some one just quote you according to your photo ,we sure you won’t get a tool you want . So pls choose right supplier according to their professional service but not price.
If you order new punch & die with DDM . (We only talk about the tool for your old press brake ) First ,we will ask you provide a detailed die or punch drawing . If you don’t have , we will ask you measure your old tool in detail and take photo to us . Also we will ask you bending mateiral ,the model of your press brake and tool mateiral . After confirmed everything ,our engineer will make a final tool drawing for you .The production will be based on this . ( The following is tool drawing we made for our customer )
